Starting her career as a 14-year-old in hospitality, Crystal Allen has moved through store management, training & opening stores to operations. Finding her passion in field work, it has allowed her to continue working with franchisees, guiding and fostering their successes. She has now built a career as the State Franchise Manager for Muffin Break QLD/NSW/ACT, directing a team of six operations consultants overseeing 71 Franchise businesses. As part of the COVID19 critical team, Crystal maintained strong communication, allowing all stores to carry on throughout the pandemic, leading her patch to be the most successful within the Muffin Break brand.
